What a repair visit costs

The price list on this page is the real thing, pulled from jobs our crew finished this year, with the town and the month. A garbage disposal swap in Annapolis ran $265 with the disposal included. A drywall patch and a repainted hallway wall in DC came to $215. A rental inspection punch list with new drywall, window safety film and a stove bracket was $550 over two days.

Every job gets a written price before the truck leaves the driveway, and the price on the estimate is the price on the invoice unless you add work. Call or text (240) 858-0149 between 8 and 6 and a person answers. Send a photo and the address and the estimate usually comes back the same day. We work in 13 counties, from Howard and Baltimore County down to Fairfax and Loudoun, and the crew that quotes the job is the crew that does it.
